- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer service has been a nightmare. Signed up for a family plan after birth of daughter. Aetna signed me up for the family plan, but never added my daugher! Every time I call I get a different answer to how to resolve the situation, and most representatives are rude. Finally got the problem sorted, after ten calls and several weeks of trying.
